Does this set fix the 3+1 screen hardlock bug? (system freeze when entering the 4th screen with the mouse pointer)

Vsync is STILL completely broken when using a frame rate limiter, when it was allegedly going to be fixed several weeks ago. It's been a serious problem for more than 3 months now.

It started showing up on the Qosmio the last few drivers. When I edited 314.22 to install for the clevo, it showed up WITH the update feature. When using the normal drivers, it never shows. On the Qosmio, the update feature was never there but the icon was. On the clevo, no update feature, no icon as you can see in the picture.
