Graphic Card Memory Question??

Your graphics card actually has 1GB of memory. It can access up to 4GB of total memory, the rest of which comes from your main memory pool.

Yeah like everyone says, your GPU only has 1GB of dedecated VRAM. The GT 640M on my laptop has 2GB VRAM, but it still sucks because it's only DDR3.
