Need help with Surround using 3-way SLI
I'm trying to setup Surround across three monitors using 3-way SLI and can't get it to work.

Here's my configuration:

Three AW2310 monitors and three GTX680 cards, using Nvidia driver 301.42

Here's my problem:

Following the guidance at http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-surround-system-requirements.html ,
I've connected my three DVI-D connectors, one to each card, as shown in Option 1 of the "3-way SLI GTX 680 3D Surround Connect or Configurations" document
( http://www.nvidia.com/content/3d-vision/images/system-requirements/3DVision_Surround_GF_GTX_680_Mar12_rev2-3way.pdf ).

This is also the configuration described in "How To Setup NVIDIA Surround on GeForce 600 Series GPUs" ( http://www.geforce.com/optimize/guides/how-to-correctly-configure-geforce-gtx-680-surround/#4 ), which says:

• Connect the left 3D Vision Surround display to the graphics card at the middle of the PC chassis, using the first DVI connector.
• Connect the central 3D Vision Surround display to the top graphics card, again using the first DVI connector.
• Connect the right 3D Vision Surround display to the bottom graphics card, again using the first DVI connector.

Okay. So I make my connections in the 'green' positions as per above but when I go to setup Nvidia Surround via the Nvidia Control Panel, I get: 1) a message about my connections not being optimum, 2) only two of my monitors are shown 'green', 3) and only 2-way SLI is available.

I've been pulling my hair out and could use a little help.

(p.s. I am able to do Surround in 2-way SLI, so I'm not totally up the creek. But, I bought three cards and I really, really would like to get all three of them working for me.)
