Corrupted Load Screen SWTOR Corrupted Load screen causing TDR, forcing hard reboot
Hey, pretty new to the forums so please direct me to the right place if I'm posting in the wrong area but I have a somewhat of a serious problem when playing SWTOR. Corrupted loading screen happens probably several times an hour and when it does happen one of 3 things can happen

1) Game continues to load normally and everything is fine
2) Game crashes, graphic driver crashes but window is able to recover.
3) Graphic driver crashes and Windows is unable to recover forcing a hard reboot
Option 3 happens way more often than 2 and 1 and hard reboot on a 4000 dollar system is not my idea of fun.

Here are some examples of the broken load screens

Currently the only way I know how to prevent this from happening is to 1) Disable SLI or 2) Enable multi-gpu 8x AA (I think this just disables SLI and dedicates one of the GPU to AA only)

I also know this is not also isolated to one system, it happens to both of my systems and it seems a ton of SLI users who play this game experience the same problem.

My current system specs:
System specs
EVGA GTX 590
Intel i7 3960X
Asus Rampage IV extreme MB
32 GB Cosair @ 1600
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits

Other info:
Run repair for SWTOR
Clean install
No heat issues
No overclocking
Reinstalled OS
Reformatted HDD
Newest update of Nvidia driver (Also tested on multiple previous drivers)
Nothing running in background except required OS stuff
ONLY happens with SWTOR
All default settings in Nvidia control panel

A ton of more info can be found on this issue, including dx-diag @

You'll see that I'm not the only one with the same problem, the original post also suggest enabling mutli-gpu 8x AA (this does solve the problem but as I stated earlier in the post this is not really a fix)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I posted several times on the Bioware/SWTOR forums and the only official responds I've gotten was to post on the Nvidia forum so here I am...

(On a side note, this could be completely irrelevant but some people with this issue are saying it started happened after SWTOR implemented a fix for ATI crossfire, x-fire used to cause severe artifacts when AA was enabled, this was fixed with a patch by Bioware and Nvidia SLI user got screwed.)
