Resolution problem with drivers after 285.62, GTX 550 Ti and 1080p display Windows shows very high r
I tried some drivers to upgrade from 285.62 but then some of my games stopped working

when I started a full screen game just received a blank screen sayin something like "invalid range"

then I went to display control panel and noticed some new huge resolutions available

about 1500p or something like that, and of course my screen can't display (mine's 1080p)

and I think my games try to open in highest resolution, and that's why there's not display

I downgraded to 285.62 and then games went back to normal.

Do I have to forget about upgrading drivers anymore or is there any workaround?

My screen is LG E2241 (Analog D-sub) with its original driver installed

And I have windows 7 32-bits installed

Yeah For This Problem you should Install 275.33, i Have the Same card you have.
Try to override the EDID.

tried to override edid, but still no luck, these programs can't read my monitor edid information

and creating an edid file from a scratch looks way too dangerous...
