This is the Trackbar that I ordered...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004WB8P00/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00

This is the BlueTooth Dongle I ordered...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001EBE1LI/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00

Right now I am using Xbox360 Controler and I have it working perfect.

The Dolphin Emu uses as many cores as you have...Since I happen to have dual Intel Xeon x5550 's I am able to run 8 cores \ 16 threads!

No Problem running 60fps in 3D with this...It just happens to be very optimized for my system in particular...which is rare!

What version of dolphin are you using? and what video configuration?

I play some games in 2D with the wiimote, but I could never make it work in 3D

That version of 3D plugin with Dolphin-win-x64-v3.0-592

I am using Xbox360 controler right now. I just ordered those parts...I don't have a Wii remote yet either...plan on getting one soon.

Here are my settings screens..any other screens were left at default settings.

http://tinypic.com/r/2mo45n9/5

http://tinypic.com/r/5plvye/5

Also you may want to search for "Toshiba stack" ...its some .dll that communicates with your Bluetooth dongle and translates it into real Wii remote code for the emulator. (I think) Sounds like you are missing that? Maybe

sammaz out of interest? are you acheiving 60fps without slowdown at all?

I have played quite a bit of galaxy 1 and 2 in 3d, but i suffer framedrops, runs perfect without 3d though, you can check out my sig for my specs, they are pretty beefy still.

It would help a lot if DX11 3d could be activated, mario galaxy runs much better in dx11 than dx9.

U are right I am getting performance drops in 3D the more I play...I am glad that all 16 of my threads are being used but I need a GTX 680. I think that with a GTX 680 and my 16 threads I should be able to get 60fps in 3D.

In 2D I am 60fps constant

Here is a screenshot of my 16 threads waiting for action! It's great to see 100% CPU across all those cores when using Dolphin.

Seems really low cpu usage there sammaz, the i5 2500k overclocked seems to be almost perfect for dolphin for most games, sometimes it could do with a bigger overhead.

What CPU you using, and at what clock speeds?

Also check out Wind Waker with the widescreen hack, it plays fantastic in 3d, I have nearly finished it in 3d, although there is still the heat distortion problem in dragons roost, but get past that and its stunning to behold.

Donkey kong country works amazingly well too, it plays better with a 360 controller as well.

You dont need to install the 3d vision patch now, there should just be a an option in the config in dx9 where you select res.

I'd love to see your task manager graphs while using Dolphin, because according to Dolphin Authors, their emulator benefits very little from more than 2 cores.

Someone should really get a list going with compatible list of wii games/ratings. I would but I havent really ventured into wii 3d (besides 1 game) I forget who it is but on 3d vision live. They put up games that looked 3d vision ready. Was super amazed.

@BlackSharkfr You are right...I was not able to ALT-TAB out of the emulator until now and I am seeing only 2 cores being used...I hope they expand to true multi-core support in the future. I am sure my GTS450 can handle the GFX output if they can put more wieght on our CPU's

@eqzitara It is pretty cool to see an emulator this advanced. It has customized compiles for all of the different game glitches. Most game glitches are fixable this way...You might as well have individual dolphin instances for each game...only adds a few megs to your ISO. So, you put your Zelda :SS Dolphin version sith custom .ini in the folder with the Zelda ISO.

The 3D is astounding in Mario Galaxy 2. Its like playing a huge 3DS. It seems as if the devs thought it may get a direct to 3DS port so they framed all the cut scenes perfectly.
