Is anyone from Nvidia offerring assistance on these boards?
Hi - I have a problem similar to this (http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=226614) and I'm seeing lots of other people on these boards, and the wider internet, have it too. I've tried several user-generated solutions from your boards which haven't worked but have yet to find a proposed solution from your company, the experts.

Can you please direct me to a solution?

Sure can. I know it gets confusing sometimes. According to this forum's Board Guidelines & Signature Rules, section called Site Guidelines:

"Please note these forums are not an official customer support channel for NVIDIA products. If you require direct assistance on a specific NVIDIA-based product, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly."

That means if your card was made by EVGA then contact EVGA support or if it was made by ASUS then contact ASUS support, etc. NVidia is standing by waiting to hear about your issue from one of those card manufacturer support teams.

Well, there are a few Nvidia people on this forum (normally 'Name'@Nvidia) - ManuelG is normally the poor one who gets all the help requests /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

But, Infinity7 is right - if it's a GPU issue; contact the manufacturer

However, if it's a driver issue - you can go direct to Nvidia and register here - then ask a question and get support...

I knew I hadn't imagined it... now it's deleted = people will never know what I hadn't imagined...
