New CPU + MB i5 2500 or wait for i5 3570
Well, I'm thinking about upgrading my rig... I can't overclock properly using my motherboard and my quad core Q450 (Stock 2.66ghz) goes to 2.8Ghz stable with thsi board, I dont wanna risk it any higher with this mobo... However I feel a limitation on CPU with this gtx 560 ti. So I'm intended to egt a i5 2500 or maybe wait for the i5 3570. What do you guys think?

Just get a 2500K and a 1155 motherboard. Ivy Bridge is more of an update for the inbuilt graphics card then the processor. Only like 10% faster.

So it seems.. from an ealry i5 3570 review... in matter of gaming at least both processors indicate similiar FPS... I guess i'll wait to i5 3570 to come out... to see if i5 2500 price drops more :)

You recommend any motherboard for it? I'm not going to OC...

Buying 1155 and not overclocking it is kind of silly. It increases the effectiveness of the processor by sometimes over 35%+.

Indeed the i5 2500 K is the " Smart Choice " for gaming right now .
