Hi, i need to buy new gpu. I want to buy 680, but now in my contry is impossible to buy it. I need a new gpu now, so i want buy a cheaper gpu to use as physx when i will buy 680.
The question is: Which are the best physx gpu that i can use with 680? I don't want that 680 go slow because have a physx card too old/slow/etc.

Sorry for my english.

A GTX680 is more than capable of handling PhysX on its own... it's not worth buying a PhysX card in this day and age.
thanks for replay, but i need a cheaper gpu card now. When i will buy 680 i don't want to trash my cheaper gpu card. So i want a cheaper gpu that i can use as physx...

Thanks again.

I have a 450 that I am going to try with and without my 680 when it comes in next week. I just have to find a physx game to try it on. I am removing 2 460 cards that I considered using one for physx but I would rather throw one in my wife's pc for cad and the other in a media center PC.

After reading another thread it looks like the most efficent route would be to add another 680 in SLI and let nvidia control decide which gpu to load all the physx on. I guess I will test that at some point.

Why don't you order it instead of buying two graphics cards...?
