3D vision besoin d'aide

english version:

I bought a 3D TV sony KDL64-EX721. and a second-hand kit of wireless glasses 3D vision
I installed the las driver of my video card a geforce GTS 250.

In 3D setup page, USB HUB don't appear as connected. Idem the HUB seems not recognized by windows 7
I tried to install driver manually from the C:\nvidia folder (the .inf file), but the problem still exist.

Note: is it possible to use glasses without hub (with the USB cable) ?

I'm in impatience for your help

[quote]Hello Phelippeau,

Thank you for contacting NVIDIA Customer Care.

This is Asif, assisting you with the issue that you are experiencing. I apologize as unfortunately we do not support any foreign language troubleshooting questions.

I understand from your email that you are unable to use 3D vision.

I am sorry to inform you that the NVIDIA 3D Vision glasses are not compatible with the Sony 3D TV that you have. As of now there are only Mitsubishi 3D DLP TVs that are currently compatible with the NVIDIA 3D Vision glasses. Please follow the link below for information on the system requirements and the list of hardware that are compatible with the NVIDIA 3D Vision glasses:

http://www.nvidia.fr/object/3d-vision-requirements-fr.html

There is also another NVIDIA 3D technology which is a software called NVIDIA 3D TV Play. But here also the TV model that you have does not seem to be mentioned in the compatibility list. The NVIDIA 3D TV Play does not require the NVIDIA 3D Vision glasses and you can use the glasses that you get along with the compatible TV. Please follow the link below for system requirements and the list of hardware that are compatible with the NVIDIA 3D TV Play software.:

Please feel free to contact us for further assistance, we would be more than happy to assist you.
