Mass effect 3 PhysX failure
Greetings dear forum folk

Right now, I've found myself in some sort of dilemma of confusions and dissapointments. More and more seems to be working against me; and for once, I seek your advice, as for where to get my things sorted. Recently(24 hours ago) I bought mass effect 3, while having run the demo for about 70 hours without any trouble at all. Yet now, whenever I try to install the real game, I get the following error: A redistributable package(PhysX) was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue.(1603).

What did I try to do?
-I tried to get my Nvidia driver updated, but for some reason, it refuses to accept any update.
-I tried to install the PhysX.exe that I found in the origin game folder of Mass Effect 3...
-Tried to find anything else in there

But nothing worked, physX installer would give me another error: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable(I can't the hell find it!); pressing OK I get another error: The older version of physX could not be removed. Contact your technical support group.

Why doesn't it allow me to install any new updates of nvidia? It just refuses to install them after I downloaded them...
I refuse to believe that this top-nodge laptop is uncapable to run mass effect 3. I will ask the same on the EA community, but they will likely send me back here.
