Can anyone help me here? I am going to buy a GTX560 from a shop dealer but the dealer says that my power supply need at least 500W.So I told him that I am using 500W now. When I tell him that my power supply brand is from AVF he says its unsupportable for GTX560 can anyone help me with this?

He's absolutely right, your AVF power supply is too sucky. The GTX 560 requires 2 6-pin PCIe power connectors to be connected from the power supply directly to the card. Your current AVF power supply is so sucky that it doesn't even have 1 of those connectors. Are you really thinking of running your brand new GTX 560 without power? If you want to use a GTX 560, you also have to buy a new and decent power supply that has those 2 6-pin PCIe power connectors for the card.
