Gtx 275 Problems with Colordepth?
Hello,
Ive got a problem with the color of graphics with my GTX 275.
It looks almost like it is 16 bit colordepth, even though it ofcourse is 32 in the properties.
I tryed the newest driver, older versions and the new beta version of the nvidia drivers, with a full deinstallation before but nothing seems to solve this problem.
i adjusted the properties of color, contrast, brightness and gamma to a standart.
examples for the problem are attached.
mostly it occoures in dark colors.
thanks

Look at this man : http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=222402&st=0&gopid=1377384&#entry1377384

it seems that guy has the same issue than us... look at my reply, i left a link to my topic about this, and all the things i have tried... maybe the solution that the guy from the link im giving to u, works fine... i hope it works, and we all can play games PROPERLY, without those stupid incorrect black/white levels...

Can i ask u something? did it start happening after u attached your computer to a HD Tv?

I came across this when I was googlin this issue:
" if you are encountering red dots in DX11/10 mode, you’ll have to set both AA and AF – in Nvidia’s Control Panel – to ‘Application Controlled Mode’. If, on the other hand, you’re encountering some awful black character textures in DX9 mode, all you have to do is set the Negative LOD Bias setting – again in Nvidia’s Control Panel – to ‘Allow’."

These came from the Saint Row grafix issues...

So after after trying the above fix am still having issues. Someone did post something todo with your power supply and the line connected to the video card.

Am leaning that way since my Video Card does not lock up, I have the latest video drivers, and pass the stress test as well.
