PhysX Failed? My PhysX System Software Failed!
I need help! My PhysX System Software failed when I tried to install a new driver for my new video card (Nvidia EVGA GTX 570 HD) and my old video card was a Nvidia GeForce 9500GT. What do I do? help me! note: I USE Windows 7 Professional 64 bits,4GB RAM, intel Core i5 3.20Ghz AND I've tried installing the latest version of PhysX system software and did not help much. well, I hope someone help me, thanks! /wallbash.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wallbash:' />

Try a clean install of the driver

get the driver from nvidia site and dont install a solo physx driver.
