Some OC action, bumped my processor back to it's rightful 4.6GHz and gave the GPU a boost as well... I'm almost catchin' my old 3-Way SLi record:

At stock that top score for your numbers is about 8FPS behind the average for a Masr II at stock with a 2600k.

That second score is higher than the scores on an Asus Mars II stock. I think you were buying 2 and those numbers are about what a pair of MSI lightning 580s or Asus Matrix 580s are pulling off.

Your numbers are still a bit behind mine, but it's not really a fair comparrison LOL.

:-D Incorrect sir! lol This is a single card. And not a Mars II, I wouldn't spend that much money on TWO cards, let alone one ($1500 is ridiculous)

Feel free to post some of your single card scores here (not Quad-SLi), I'd love to see how they stack up against eachother, your 590 and my card.

I believe that's good enough for 3rd place... but I'll reveal the specs later so don't add it yet Jim /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> Let's just say it's different enough that I'd like it posted in addition to the 3-way setup that's already on there for me.

Just posted that in the NV Leaderboard Thread for 3DMark06. This thing runs that pretty great without even OCing it at all! lol

Tested Crysis at the same settings but with the CPU @ 4.6GHz:

I think I can play at that frame rate JUST fine /yes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> lol

Same goes for World in Conflict @ 4.6GHz:

This my friends is why you need a video card with more than 1.5GB of vRAM:

Metro2033 4x MSAA, DOF Off, PhysX Off, 1080p Very High, I circled the vRAM usage:

Anything with less than 2GB of vRAM would be a slideshow on those settings... imagine if I were running 3D or Surround

Edit:

Just ran it again with DOF on for the Lulz... and sure as crap, ran in to my vRAM Limit. 2184MB of usage!!!!

I would have to guess you've moved to the other side and gotten a 6990 / 6970s in Xfire.

My hunch being based on that fact that PhysX is always off / disabled in the benchies you posted and 880MHz / 1250MHz is suspiciously AMD-like. :)

Out of sheer curiosity, I'd love to see what them 580s can do with PhysX off in Mafia II in your system. I never ran it that way when I had my 580s, and I'd love to know the numbers... I'm assuming it'll perform about the same as my new setup does, somewhere near 100FPS.
