GTX 550Ti Help!
my computer specs are :

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz

Memory: 2048MB RAM

Name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX550 Ti
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Chip Type: GeForce GTX 550 Ti

yeah so that are my specs.. but i cant play with high settings for example on call of duty mw2 i must play with lowest settings and that.. can it be my processor ? Please need Help!

How many watts is your power supply? This card needs at least 400 watts..

What was the GPU you had before? Was it ATI? Did you uninstall all ATI drivers/software? What drivers are you currently using?

What was the GPU you had before? Was it ATI? Did you uninstall all ATI drivers/software? What drivers are you currently using?

The power supply has 500 watts and the GPU i had before was a geforce 8600 gt, but i have uninstalled all of the old drivers and softwares.. the driver im currently using is http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/win7-winvista-64bit-285.27-beta-driver-uk.html .

The power supply has 500 watts and the GPU i had before was a geforce 8600 gt, but i have uninstalled all of the old drivers and softwares.. the driver im currently using is http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/win7-winvista-64bit-285.27-beta-driver-uk.html .

It is actually your CPU probably.

I have the same GPU, could play Crysis easily, with a Quad core Q8400.

Also, I could play F1 2010 only at Ultra Low, at between 37 and 46fps. Now after upgrading to an i5 2500k I can play at Medium at more than 60fps, smooth all the way.

Never underestimate the difference a CPU upgrade would make.

EDIT: 2GB RAM could also cause stutter if many things need to be loaded around every corner in a game.
It is actually your CPU probably.
