I'm guessing your going to have to find software to support that. I use Linux so I cant give you suggestions. For Win7 I personally use EVGA Precision. You might want to investigate MSI's afterburner software.

Install nvclock and use "nvclock --fanspeed 40".

Tried nvclock. Said my GTX 460 was not supported. Sent off a note to the developer.

I don't think that anything after gf100 will be supported.
