First update ur intel HD graphics
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/

Then u should also update ur dirx(dirx9)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3
If nothing of this work then rightclick on dektop and then go Nvidia control panel then Manage 3d settings then Program settings then click Add and find the Exe u run a game on, for an example GTA4.exe and go on preffered graphic processor and then click high performance Nvidia processor and Apply.

Hi. I had the same problem and waste 3 days on trying to fix it. Finnally i got it. My solution was quite the easy one. In instalation cd that i got with laptop i instaled intel vga driver. When instaling it says something like "intel(r) hd graphics" Then nvidia easily instaled drivers and performance drifters that i got from nvidia downloads.
