nVidia Drivers & DWM Manager
For the last 6months or so I've been getting this problem where my Desktop windows Manager Service quits/Crashes every time i launch into windows and resize a desktop window. The funny thing is this only happens when i have an SLI bridge connected and running system in quad sli. If i remove the sli bridge and run the cards in sli mode i don't get this problem. Here is the strange one, This problem does not happen on any drivers pre 197.45. Since noticing this problem i have had 4 different mobos, 2 versions of windows 7 OS and countless changes of the SLI bridge. I have run both cards separately and thrashed the hell out of them and the cards seem fine so I'm now left to think that this must be a forceware driver problem.

Here are the Error Codes

Event ID 9020

Info:
The Desktop Window Manager has encountered a fatal error (0x8007000e)

I found some info on the error code 0x8007000e. This is an out of memory error. But makes not sense as i got plenty of GPU ram and system ram. And this problem does not present itself on forceware drivers pre 197.45. all 200 series driver present this error.

Please Note that this is NOT a hardware problem as i have found other users who have experienced the same problem.
