Age of empires 3: Warchiefs (age3x.exe) expansion lacks a profile, the base game and asian dynasties expansion already has profiles (Microsoft 2005)

OpenGL Extension Viewer (openglex.exe) lacks a profile (Realtek VR, Ongoing updates)

IMVU 3D Chat (IMVUClient.exe) client lacks a profile (IMVU Inc, ongoing updates)

Halo CE (haloce.exe) lacks a profile (should be the same as the original Halo profile values) (Microsoft 2002-2004)

The CyberLink PowerDVD profile only goes up to 8 by default, lacking support for 9 and 10 (PowerDVD10.exe, PowerDVD9.exe). (Cyberlink)

Not sli related....but
Farcry's default AA compatibility profile, does not allow driver AA when HDR is enabled, setting it to match the Farcry2/Dunia compatibility allows AA+HDR (Ubisoft, 2003-2004)

Prevent Global AF application in the following:
Mozilla Firefox Profile should have AF set to per app, as AF corrupts text on DirectWrite fonts.

Internet Explorer should also default to Per App AF, as AF corrupts DirectWrite fonts on here as well.

Valve Steam (steam.exe) and Gamespy Comrade (Comrade.exe) both also use DirectWrite fonts and should default to Per App AF.

The Physx sucks because the Cloth Physx uses CPU. If you delete the Cloth Physx folder you can use Physx without any slow downs. Also since when does Mafia II have an SLI profile? I dont see a Mafia II SLI profile in Nvidia control panel with driver 260.89.

Then your profiles are corrupted?

the SLI flags are set in the profile.

wait is mafia d3d10 or 9? theres alot of threads discussing it but none of them actually specify which.

if its d3d9 only, then it already supports sli, but if its d3d10 as well then there is no sli flags set for this yet.
