I recommend the 186.18 WHQL drivers. The latest versions (200 series) seem to cause lots of problems with older cards, so I recommend that you avoid them.

I decided to go with the 32 bit Win7 why did you suggest 186.18, it says that is for Vista, The latest WHQL is 256 dince I installed 32 bit instead of 64 should I use the 256?

It's for Vista and Win7 since the drivers are the same for both. If you want to try the 256 drivers with your old card, go right ahead and see if you have any problems.

Thanks for explaining, my video seems fine with Win7, will I benefit by installing the 186.18 WHQL drivers? Are they for 32 bit?

If it's currently working fine, then it's best to leave it alone. Use the 186.18 WHQL drivers only if you're experiencing problems with the current drivers. In case you need it, you can get the 186.18 WHQL drivers for Win7 32-bit here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7_winvista...86.18_whql.html
