when I run dx10 game,afted few minutes game crash:"has stopped working" Fault Module Name: nvwgf2um.dll

I play just cause 2 for example,and crash after few minutes of gameplay in description write : Fault Module Name: nvwgf2um.dll

my graphic is gtx 285 with newest driver,i have try with driver sweeper and it doesnt work

Have you tried reseating the card? Turn off your system and unplug it from the wall. Push firmly (not too hard) on the card to make sure it is seated well.
You can also try a driver sweep.
Download driver cleaner, and the newest video drivers.
Install driver cleaner
Uninstall all Nvidia drivers
reboot into safe mode and run driver cleaner for all Nvidia drivers
reboot into windows and reinstall your Nvidia drivers.
