GPU Temp not working in new drivers
I have an ASUS Geforce GTX 280 OC and with the new drivers 195.62 and the GPU Temp doesn't show on any application that can monitor GPU Temps including Nvidia software.

I use Windows Vista 64 SP2

With 2 versions older drivers the temps show fine.

Here is real temps screenshot showing the problem:

The new 195.62 drivers work perfectly fine on my system. I use the Orbmu2k desktop widget. However, other stuff has been sensing my GPU temperature OK as well - I ran FurMark, and it displayed the proper GPU temperature (even though it may have filtered differently than the widget).

FWIW, I have a Core i7 920 as well, with a 285 GTX GPU.

Cheers!

this is most likely due to an improper driver uninstall/driver sweep/driver install.

Google is your friend on this one, I had a issue once and I found a solution..

read this post and you will find the answer, all I did was google: "no temp display nvidia drivers"
