XP SP3 Driver problem
Hello, i have Toshiba Satellite 1955 - S805 but i have lost the image disk for it. I installed SP3 but couldnt find the appropriate video driver. Is installing quadro drivers going to help me? If yes, which one? Give me some advise please. My video card is GeForce 440 Go. Best regards!

I just spent a few hours looking for nVidia drivers for this sad old archaic card: nVidia's Driver page doesn't work with anything less the Geforce5 but if you go to their archives and go through the release notes, you'll eventually Key On to a Driver set that still supports this decrepit card. In the end, I found that the highest Driver pack to support the 440 go was 66.93:

ftp://download.nvidia.com/Windows/66.93/

Always get your nVidia drivers directly from nVidia, never trust those third party drivers site because they could lace the drivers with viruses.

Only if they wanted to kill their own reputation.. Most of the sites I visit are trustworthy (LaptopVideo2Go, Guru3D, etc.), I don't know where you've been..

driver have bugs, but this is not one of them. Now go fix it already." -fgiesen
