you can, but i can't guarantee the video card will work properly after wards

I disable them all in VISTA SP1 with lastest driver today.
But NvSvc is in service.
If you disable, it won't initialize setting values that you have been configure. such as color, brightness, resolution.

I left NvSvc running.
