DirectX 9.0 And is it Compatible with DirectX 9.0c So is my card and many others compatible
Hello, frustrated COD 4 players, I have been tyring to get this game to play period!

I have a Navidia BFG 7300 GT card, now I was scrolling thru some data and noticed the systems requirments for this game.

Now down below it states that these cards need to be DirectX 9.0c compatible.
Is this card, and the 8000 series compatible with Directx 9.0c??
All of the description sheets states DirectX9.0 compatible. But not Directx 9.0c??
So how do we know if a majority of these cards are DirectX 9.0c??

THAT IS THE BIG QUESTION!!!!!

It states:

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 2.4 Ghz / AMD® 64™ 2800+ / Intel® and AMD® 1.8 Ghz Dual Core Processor or better supported

Ofcourse it is a fact, the Geforce 6600 was the first GPU to implement the Shader Model 3(DX 9.0C) and the 7 and 8 series obviously have it.

In addition to that 8 series supports DX10(Shader MOdel 4).
