Surely there is a better way... It's like.. NVIDIA gives us great hardware, and then skimps out on the drivers...

Is there a config file that can be deleted to restore things to default?

Someone will want to give a serious reply to this, since it is the top hit on google when you search for "nvidia color reset"...
You have made a tool for adjusting colors with bars that cant be accurately set within 3%-point, and then somehow you forget to add a reset function.. /no.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> /thumbsdown.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

There are several ways to do it without reloading the driver. One is to just right click on the NV icon in the systray and pick "color correction", then make sure "apply color changes" is set to "all', then click on the "restore defaults" tab towards the bottom.

Another way is to go to the NV control panal and you'll see the "restore defaults" (hard to spot) in the upper right corner of both the adjust desktop settings" tab and in the "adjust video color settings tab" within the main part of the nvidia control panel.
