Vista: Unknown Device ACPI\PNPB006
Contacted ASUS for Vista Drivers for my A8N SLI Deluxe and they pointed me to NVidia. I downloaded the driver bundle ASUS said to get from Nvidia hoping it would remove the Unknown Device message I am receiving in Vista Ultimate.

Unknown Device ACPI\PNPB006

Do you still have the Asus CD? I seem to recall this device in XP until I used the CD, and when I installed vista it updated the device when I did a windows update
