Vert Sync with GeForce 7300 GS Vert Sync freezes my computer
I recently bought a PNY GeForce 7300 GS Video Card. When I play CS (an online First Person Shooter game) with all the factory settings, I get 60 fps constant. To fix this, I turned Vert Sync off in my graphics card options, and immediately my FPS bounced up to 100 fps. However, this causes my computer to freeze up. My computer screen turns black and freezes, and I have to restart it. This happened twice within playing CS for 1 hour. I turned vert sync off, and this problem immediately went away, but of course I was only getting 60 fps.

Anybody know what the problem is and a possible fix? I dont know if there is a different way to boost my fps or anything. Im not sure if my powersource has anything to do with it, but the minimum powersource requirement for my graphics card is 300 watts, and I have exactly that. Any help would be appreciated.
