are these drivers valid? have they been checked with an 8800 and if so do they solve any of the problems with the 97.02 drivers?

I will check myself as soon as I get chance, am on the laptop at the moment though so can't check :(

When I was downloading them they were rather slow.

I have setup a mirror for the original drivers for the 8800 Only:

I tested them on XP 32bit, and they didn't blue screen, I will do more in-depth investigation when I get home (Gaming)

I'm still having issues with San Andreas. Every time I target someone...my machine hard locks with an NV4 bluescreen issue.
I took all the time to go back to XP (after being on Vista for a month) and I *still* can't get over the G80 having so many driver quirks.

Yeah, I still can't play FFXI, and the manufactor says it's a video card problem.
