Nvidia macOS 5K support
It appears that the macOS Nvidia drivers has special case code for the Dell 5K display. Does this mean the macOS Nvidia drivers can't work with any other 5K display? The Dell 5K doesn't work very well though. You have to set nv_spanmodepolicy=1 in the boot arguments, and you have to unplug the display or turn it off after startup then reconnect or turn it on to get 5K. Also, the Dell 5K display isn't sold anymore so support for the other available 5K displays would be nice.

Would be nice to see the Dell UP2715K and other 5K displays working properly with macOS (no need to reboot, no cursor issues)
