Nvidia GEFORCE GTX 750 Ti - Stuck at 30Hz in 4K monitor
I am using "Nvidia GEFORCE GTX 750 Ti" with 4k monitor "LG 27UD68P". After connecting I see it has been locked to 30Hz and no option to increase to 60Hz. This is making mouse movements very slow and overall not smooth experience to live with. I have 2 HD ports in card so no displayports. Should I buy another graphics card? Any Recommendation that just support 60Hz with no gaming needs?

Yes... Via HDMI 2.0 or Display port 1.4 only. Although; I "DO" recommend at least the GTX1060 6Gb for performance purposes....but the 1050/1050ti will function.

THe video card you have supports 60HZ if you connect both HDMI up to the monitor at the same time otherwise it is locked at 30hz 4k with just one i have the same video card and i am at 4k 60hz with both HDMI ports hooked to the monitor, you have to have a monitor that has 2 HDMI ports on the back run 2 hdmi cables from card to monitor and you have 4k at 60hz. it should also state this in the manual of your card mine did.
