Nvidia GeForce 1080ti Is Not PowerFul Enough, I Can't Upgrade Now
https://www.bit-tech.net/reviews/tech/graphics/msi-geforce-gtx-1080-ti-lightning-z-review/4/ This card can't even do 120-1440fps at Ultra settings on 4k, in a time where 4k 144hz monitors will be out soon and some are already out, Nvidia is seriously falling behind. I wanted to upgrade this year and be future proof but I can't now, not with this garbage. I also don't wanna SLI just to achieve my desired performance. What now? Switch to AMD? Their Dual GPU might be good enough to achieve the performance I want. https://hothardware.com/news/asus-building-radeon-rx-vega-64-x2-dual-gpu https://wccftech.com/nvidia-pascal-volta-gpu-leaked-2017-2018/ Or should I just wait for the 2080ti? I am very disapointed, I was hoping to upgrade Jan 2018 so I can finally play games and watch movies in Native 4k on my 4k TV but nope, can't now, they don't have anything out that is powerful enough. I much rather have a single GPU that can do 120-144fps+ on ultra settings with games like Battlefield 1 or other games. Nvidia is far behind, this is very disappointing.
