388.00, 387.92, and 385.69 are all unstable for me on W7/gtx970. I get locked 2d idle speeds for battlefield 1, Battlefront 2 beta, and numerous other applications. I get 30-40 fps on the squad screen and in gameplay. Only way to fix it is to force prefer maximum performance, or have a stream running in the background (why does this fix it? Who knows). 388.00 still has this issue. I have to roll back to 385.41, the last stable driver.

bugs bugs bugs, yall don't fix any bugs. Ya'll still haven't fixed windowed fullscreen for gsync yet.. Still waiting. 100 fps locked, down to 24 fps stutter.. https://australia4mpe.files.wordpress.com/2015/09/billy-bones-waiting1.jpg?w=400&h=400 edit: 24 fps in menus and now it has higher fps in actual game with windowed fullscreen mode, but there is some stuttering going on now even at higher fps. An improvement over the last few drivers but still not 100%. Not sure why it has 24 fps on menus in windowed fullscreen and 100 fps locked in true fullscreen in menus. Edit: Nope still a stuttering mess in windowed fullscreen in games like swtor, lotro, and others sub 20 fps stutter to 100 fps back to sub 20 fps. Fullscreen fine.

I still get a black screen when I start Project CARS 2 in fullscreen mode with GSync enabled. When I run the game in borderless windowed mode or with the "Opening Steam Overlay -> Back to Desktop -> Back Alt+Tab into the game" workaround I can get the game to start with picture but the game is stuttering. When I disable GSync I can start the game also, but without stuttering (but also without having the GSync joy....)
