(This table has 22 steps i believe, going from base clock to max possible boost clock in 12.7ishmhz steps) there is no reason for a vendor to change the P6 state.

With prior drivers, if a graphics card was factory overclocked, the offset amount would affect the idle clock speeds when they shouldn't have.

Is the random black screen issue in combination with windows 10 (anniversary or creators update) and older graphiccards like gtx 770 fixed with this driver? My last working driver without these black screens was version 382.53.

Why don't you stick with the older driver since no issue at the first place?
I can confirm that my issue has been addressed with these drivers pertaining to BF1 settings and GPU usage, *mostly. Here is my original post: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1017324/sli/x299-low-sli-scaling-and-bugs/post/5188657/#5188657 To summarize in this post, I had a massive, disproportionate GPU usage drop-off when increasing render scale from 106% to 107%. These drivers fix that issue. Now it seems that my GPU usage will never go past 80% on both GPU's. With at least one of my cores pegged at 100%, this clearly seems to be a CPU bottleneck. However, if I can't increase my FPS past an amazing 150+ at 1440p, then the next thing to do is to put my GPU's to work by increasing render scale upwards of 4K and beyond (150%+). However, the GPU usage will never cross 80%. You'd figure that shading an astounding amount more pixels would put GPU's to work (1440p to 4K and 5K), and yet the GPU usage never changes. Indeed the framerate goes down which is expected, but I also expect the GPU usage to go up, to at least a 92%+ with a bit of variance. I suppose it can be just a BF1 issue at this point, and the game or game engine itself can respond to these new drivers. For additional info, I am running the latest 0031 bios from Asus for the X299-A which is the bug fix for the 0503 bios due to the memory timing issues. To note, the 0503 bios issues fixes related to graphics card compatibility.
I can confirm that my issue has been addressed with these drivers pertaining to BF1 settings and GPU usage, *mostly.

    Here is my original post:

To summarize in this post, I had a massive, disproportionate GPU usage drop-off when increasing render scale from 106% to 107%.
